Sales Terms

These terms apply to purchases made through our online store. They apply to both consumer and business customers. Please read them together with our Returns & Shipping page and our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Almost every BYDAZED item is produced specifically for you after you place your order. Choosing from our standard range of colours and sizes is a normal product option — it is not custom personalisation.

Because an item is made to order, this does not automatically remove any statutory rights you may have, including any right of withdrawal or return that applies to you under the law of your country of residence.

Prices are shown in EUR, NOK or USD and you are charged in the currency you select at checkout. As noted on our Company Information page, we are not registered for Norwegian VAT (MVA). Import duties or local taxes may be charged by the destination country on international orders.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Your full card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are never stored by us.

After you order, we review the order and then it is produced by our print and fulfilment partner, Gelato. Production is estimated at approximately 2–3 business days before an item is dispatched. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed timeframe.

Because items are made to order, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet started. If you cancel within this window, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including any rights of withdrawal, refund, complaint or remedy that apply to you.

These terms are intended to be governed by Norwegian law. This is not intended to override any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to under the laws of your own country of residence.
