WHO CAN RETURN?

You can return your item within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags are still attached
- You have your order number

HOW TO RETURN

2. Pack the item securely
3. Ship it back at your own cost
4. Once received and inspected, we process your refund within 5–10 business days

✓ Full item price (original payment method)
✗ Original shipping cost (non-refundable)

FAULTY / WRONG ITEMS

If we made an error or the item arrived damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send photos + order number to support@bydazed.com
- We will replace or fully refund at no cost to you
