Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within Scandinavia/EU and 7–14 business days for international orders. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. We're working on expanding to more countries — join the drop list to stay updated.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over the free-shipping threshold for your region qualify for free shipping (the exact amount is shown in your cart). Rates are shown before you complete payment.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link from our shipping partner (Posten/DHL). You can also check your order status anytime at your account page.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within a few hours of placing your order. Email support@bydazed.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and accessories may be final sale — check the product page for details.
How do I start a return?
Email support@bydazed.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions within 24–48 hours.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover return shipping — just contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 days for your bank to process.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Due to limited stock, we don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund, then place a new order for the size you need (while stock lasts). See our Size Guide to help get it right the first time.

Sizing & Fit

How do your items fit?
Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, boxy streetwear silhouette. Stay true to size for the intended oversized look. Size down one if you prefer a more fitted look. All product pages include specific fit notes.
Where can I find the size guide?
View our full size chart with measurements at the Size Guide page. Each product page also has a "Size Guide" link near the size selector.
I'm between sizes — what should I order?
If you're between sizes and want the oversized streetwear fit, go with the larger size. If you prefer something closer to the body, go smaller. Still unsure? Email us at support@bydazed.com with your height and weight and we'll recommend a size.

Products & Materials

What materials do you use?
We use premium, heavyweight cotton-based fabrics. Our hoodies use 271 GSM fleece; our tees use Airlume combed ring-spun cotton at 142–180 GSM. Full fabric specs are listed on each product page under "Design Specifications."
How should I care for my BYDAZED pieces?
To keep your pieces looking their best: wash cold, inside-out. Hang dry — do not tumble dry. Avoid ironing directly over prints or embroidery. Following these steps will extend the life of the fabric and graphics.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
No. All BYDAZED drops are limited edition. Once an item sells out, it's gone for good. Join our drop list to get early access to future releases.
Are your products unisex?
Yes. All BYDAZED pieces are designed to be worn by anyone. The relaxed, boxy fit works across all body types. Check the Size Guide for detailed measurements.

Payments & Promotions

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, MobilePay, and USDC. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
Do you offer discount codes?
We occasionally run release promotions and drop-list exclusives. Follow us on social media and join our email list to be the first to know about deals.
